Monitoring, Detection and Response Solution Mitigates Threats and Data Breaches with SentinelOne and Connectwise
Gainesville, FL (March 5, 2025) – James Moore Technology Services, a consultancy that enables small and mid-size businesses to satisfy critical business objectives, announced that it has reached an agreement with cybersecurity leader SentinelOne to offer the company’s advanced SentinelOne Vigilance solution to small- and medium-sized businesses throughout Florida.
As part of the arrangement, James Moore will leverage ConnectWise to conduct round-the-clock monitoring of James Moore clients to detect potential cybersecurity threats and intrusions.
“The unfortunate reality is that the threat of data breaches and cyberattacks have never been greater, particularly for smaller organizations that may have thought that hacks and intrusions were targeted solely at large companies,” explained Tomas Sjostrom, president of James Moore Technology Services.
“Our relationship with both SentinelOne and ConnectWise will enable us to provide the robust cybersecurity solution that SMB clients require, especially as the sophistication and pace of attacks continue to escalate.”
SentinelOne Vigilance is a round-the-clock Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, that is designed to identify and repel cyberattacks occurring at endpoints like computers, phones and other devices.
The solution is offered in conjunction with ConnectWise’s event monitoring service, which is deployed at some 100,000 customer sites around the country to continuously identify potential cyber threats at over four million endpoints.
The solution examines over 1.3 million events per second, sending some 16,000 alerts to businesses each day.
