As the Manager of Technology Solutions for James Moore & Co., Curtis applies principles of process improvement to provide consulting, project planning and implementation, and service delivery. He is continually evaluating emerging technologies with the goal of bringing innovative and cost-effective services to clients.
Curtis’ 25-plus years of experience with information technology began in the military, where he was responsible for maintaining and supporting his battalion’s supply chain computer systems. This foundation of experience allowed him to develop his current service philosophy: when approaching any objective, building and executing each step as a team will ensure success. With a strong sense of loyalty and dedication, Curtis brings this philosophy of team service to the Technology Solutions Consulting department of James Moore.

Jerry Pflueger
Jerry has nearly 25 years of experience providing information and technology support to governments, nonprofits, and businesses of varying size in numerous industries. Having worked for James Moore & Co. for nearly 20 years, Jerry has significant experience designing and securing information technology infrastructures. He is also skilled in planning, implementing, supporting, and maintaining network environments, as well as reviewing and installing suitable IT system controls and making recommendations to minimize risk within the business environment. He also specializes in e-mail systems, addressing internet connectivity projects, and supporting software needs.

Daniel Sanders, MCP
With 10 years of IT experience, Daniel provides technical support for clients across numerous industries. He is recognized for his productivity, complex problem resolution, and professionalism. He also has extensive experience serving multiple clients concurrently with various computing and network environments.
Daniel helps his clients with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for mixed Linux, Windows and Apple Workstations, Mobile and Server environments. He leverages his extensive experience in multiple operating environments including mainframe connectively and security, workstation and server operating systems.

Jeanette West
Jeanette is responsible for prioritizing service requests and managing the deployment of the TSC service team. She ensures that all service tickets are processed in a timely manner, and that all issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction. She also assists in preparing quotes and ordering hardware and software.
Jeanette has 13 years of administrative and client service experience and has been a member of the James Moore team since 2018. Her professionalism and commitment to exceptional client service makes her a highly valued member of the team.
